xazi terms of service
These terms govern access to the xazi digital-signage service, administration portal and player applications supplied by Tantrwm Ltd.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Agreement and authority
By creating an account, accepting an order or using xazi, you agree to these terms. If you act for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. The service
xazi enables authorised users to upload media, create playlists and schedules, manage screens and deliver content to registered player devices. Features, limits and support levels depend on the selected plan or written order.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect account and device credentials, use appropriate access permissions and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by our breach.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Tantrwm Ltd a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support xazi.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and lawful bases required for your content and its intended audience. You must not upload or display unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or malicious material, or content that violates privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse xazi, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or another customer, bypass plan or security controls, distribute malware, probe systems without written permission, use the service for illegal activity or use the player to distribute or install other applications.
6. Plans, billing and taxes
Prices, billing periods, plan limits and applicable taxes are shown before purchase or recorded in an agreed order. Stripe may process payments. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.
The Android player distributed through Google Play is a consumption-only companion for an existing xazi service. It does not offer purchases inside the player application.
7. Trials
Trial access is temporary and may have reduced limits. At the end of a trial, access or playback may stop unless a paid plan or other written arrangement is in place.
8. Availability, changes and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet services, devices and third-party systems can affect operation. We may make proportionate changes for security, legal compliance, compatibility or service improvement. Support is provided through the contact details published for the service and according to any applicable plan or written service level.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or a material breach. Either party may terminate as allowed by the selected plan or written order. Account deletion normally takes effect after the 30-day safety period and any remaining paid service period.
10. Intellectual property
Tantrwm Ltd and its licensors retain all rights in xazi, its software, design and branding. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service during the applicable subscription or authorised trial. Open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
11. Data protection
Each party must comply with applicable data-protection law. Our handling of data is described in the xazi privacy policy. Where required, the parties will enter into appropriate data-processing terms.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any other liability limits stated in an accepted order or separate written agreement will apply.
13. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer the agreement except as permitted by law or with the other's written consent, although Tantrwm Ltd may transfer it as part of a business reorganisation or sale while preserving your rights.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
